Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Panda AI Lab (Canada) Inc. and its operating business Prudentia21 collect, use, disclose, protect, retain, and provide access to personal information submitted through our websites and services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, business type, team size, technology needs, project descriptions, scheduling information, and information you voluntarily include in free-text fields. Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider and is not intended to be stored in our website database.
2. Why we collect it
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, perform Technology Checks, provide or administer memberships and working sessions, evaluate projects, communicate about services you requested, maintain business records, protect our services from abuse, and comply with applicable law. We do not use information for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice or consent.
3. Service providers and cross-border processing
We may use service providers such as Cloudflare for website hosting, security, serverless functions and database services; Stripe for payment processing; and Cal.com or another scheduling provider for appointment booking. These providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your province or country, where it may be subject to local law.
4. Consent and choices
When you submit a form, request a service, or purchase a membership, you consent to the collection and use reasonably necessary to provide the requested service. Where separate consent is required for marketing communications, we will request it separately. You may withdraw consent where legally permitted, subject to contractual or legal restrictions.
5. Retention
Prospective-customer inquiry information that does not become part of an active business relationship is generally scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 24 months. Customer, payment, contract, and accounting records may be retained longer where reasonably required for service delivery, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted transport, and anti-abuse controls where configured. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Access and correction
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccurate information. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices or request deletion where applicable.
8. Cookies and anti-abuse tools
Our production site may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies and Cloudflare Turnstile or comparable anti-abuse tools. If analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent mechanisms should be updated before deployment.
9. Children
Prudentia21 business services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Shepherd Family Connect may involve family-service information under separate service processes and safeguards; this policy does not authorize collection of sensitive family information beyond what is necessary for an approved service.
10. Contact
Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests may be sent to contact@pandalab.ai. A dedicated privacy contact may be substituted before launch.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
