Working Session Terms
1. Purpose
A Working Session is a focused 60-minute discussion of one business or technology problem. The goal is diagnosis, practical options, trade-offs, and a recommended next step.
2. Implementation
Implementation is not included unless a small task can reasonably be completed during the session and the parties agree to do so. Larger implementation is separately scoped and quoted.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is completed through the designated payment/scheduling provider.
4. Rescheduling and no-shows
Requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled without charge. For requests under 24 hours, Prudentia21 may offer one discretionary reschedule. No-shows are normally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and exceptional circumstances.
5. Preparation
You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate context and any non-sensitive materials needed for the discussion. Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
6. No guaranteed outcome
The fee covers professional time and analysis, not a guaranteed business, financial, security, or technical result.
7. Professional boundaries
The session is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
8. Contact
